Languages.

I value the diversity of my language skills and the opportunity to apply them in other countries to expand my abilities. German is my mother tongue and I speak English fluently, which is a large part of my daily business. As a Saarland native (near the french border), I also had the opportunity to learn French since the kindergarden and deepen my knowledge during a student exchange in Saint-Nazaire. Although my French skills are rusty, I find languages very interesting and have set a goal to learn Spanish by 2025 as I appreciate the culture and find the language beautiful.

Insights into my career
My start into professional life and the realization of my passion for technology. According to my age, I am obviously in the early stages of my career at the moment. But check it out yourself by continue scrolling

August 2017
My resume actually started after I decided to transfer to a technical high school and take a technical baccalaureate. I wasn´t that successfull and happy on my current mid-school so I decided to leave in the last year and go to an other high-school. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made.
May 2019
After fully blossoming and having a great time at this school, I graduated from high school, majoring in engineering (metal and electrical) and math. I passed my qualification for university as one of the best in my year with 1 (A).
August 2019
Actually, I wanted to go on a world trip for a year, but I did an internship at Siemens during the high-school and afterwards applied for a dual study program. After the application process they offered me to sign the study-contract, so I started with a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical engineering and information technology at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. I saw this as big career opportunity and decided for the program, but I swore myself to never forget about the world trip.
October 2020
In my undergraduate studies, I realized how much I was interested in software development. And started to develop web/- and IOS- apps besides my studies. After various inquiries, I registered a side-hustle there 🎉

“I've always been excited by the idea of creating my own added value for society in some form. Since I have always been enthusiastic about software in any form and outstanding designs, I was able to learn everything else through the basics from my studies in order to meet the first challenges. From webdeveloping I started to learn more about IOS developing and made some courses on the basics on XCode and Swift. I have always been a big Apple phanatic. Due to my limited time, I could just do a maximum of 4 projects per year and used my vacations and free time on serving clients”

About the start of my side-hustle

October 2021
As part of the dual study system, a shortened training as an electrical technician for operational engineering is planned in order to gain more practical experience and an official IHK examination.
January 2023
While I was now in my 6th semester in my parallel studies, the Part 1 exam was coming up in May 2022. The practical followed in January 2023. I was able to complete the exam with an overall score of 1.8.
May 2023
Arriving in the last semester of my studies, I was lucky to be selected by my company for the International Partner Program USA due to my special achievements during my studies. Part of the program was to do an internship in a company in Silicon Valley in California to gain new cultural but also business experiences. I was especially interested in the innovation and venture building area
🔜 September 2023
🚀 Future plans
After coming back from Sillicon Valley, I'm finishing my last semester with my bachelor thesis in the field of Artificial Intelligence in video technology and how this technique can accerlerate the progress and efficiency of smart buildings. My current academic performance indicates a prospective final grade in the upper range (grade one).

I am very grateful for the opportunities for professional but also personal development and the support I received from my department, work colleagues and fellow students. I am looking forward to my new responsibilities and tasks as a permanent part of Siemens AG..

coming soon

🔜October 2023
🚀 Future plans
October 2023, I expect to start my job as a Sales Area Consultant Engineer at Siemens AG, which will be my first full-time position. My tasks include planning sales targets and carrying out sales activities in a specific region for the portfolio of the Smart Infrastructure unit in order to increase sales and achieve commercial goals.

“During my dual study program at Siemens AG, I completed practical phases in various departments, gaining insights and supporting the company in a variety of activities. From commissioning and project management to back-office tasks and internal and external sales, I discovered my personal growth opportunity in sales and developed my strengths in this area. Through my side hustle, I was able to combine my sales experiences and define an area where I can continue to learn and grow in the future”

Die Kunst dein Ding zu machen

First, create a container to house the card elements.

In this case, I have created 'c-cards-list' and 'w-cards-list'. 'c' represent container and 'w' represent wrapper. This is my standard structuring method to prepare the elements for complicated interactions just in case.

Similarly, create 'c-card' and 'w-card' inside the container. Style the 'w-card' element according to your preference and then add in required content.

02

Grator Festival

To create a stacking effect, you will required to use the 'position: sticky'.

Apply 'position: sticky' to 'c-card' element and apply at least 1px for the top position.

By now, you should be able to see the cards stacking on top of each other while you scroll down the page.

03

Vertriebsoffensive

Great. Now you have successfully stacking the cards on top of each other. To make them looks better, we will create some layering effect.

Create combo class for each of the 'c-card' element. For example, '1', '2', '3' and etc. Then add some value in the top position. For example, for first card, you can give it 20px from the top to make some spacing. Then for the following cards, you can add 100px each. You can adjust the value based on your design and layout.

Example: First card : 20px ; Second card : 120px ; Third card : 220px ; and so forth...

04

Unleash power within (UPW)

To make the layering looks even much better, you can apply interaction into 'c-card' elements.

Apply 'While scrolling in view' interaction to 'c-card' elements and ensure it affects all same class. Set the smoothing value to 90%.

Insert 'Scale' interaction starts at keyframe 40% (scale value: 1) and end at 100% (scale value: 0.8). Set it to affect 'Interaction Trigger' (c-card).

Now you should be seeing the cards stacking on top of each other with nice layering and depth.

little  about me and my non-technical interests

I'm not just a tech enthusiast, but also a passionate athlete and nature lover. In my free time, I like to spend time in nature and often go running or cycling. Tennis is also one of my passions and I play it at least twice a month. But I don't just have athletic interests! As an only child, I tried everything I could do alone in my free time - from music to sports. I learned to play guitar and piano, and also refined my tennis skills. Additionally, I'm an absolute Marvel Cinematic Universe fanatic and love getting lost in the fascinating worlds of superheroes. When I'm not being active or discovering new places with my partner, I also enjoy going on roller coasters or indulging in other leisure activities.

I love the mountains and nature.

As already mentioned the mountains have always been a gib part of my life since I was a child. Back than, I have been a passionate skier. That's why I travel to Bavaria, Germany almost every year to climb new peaks, explore lakes, and enjoy the time with my partner. Being surrounded by the beauty of nature and the peacefulness of the mountains is truly an escape from the busy city life for me.
